SHIPING INFORMATION
Orders are shipped within 48 to 72 hours (excluding weekends) from our warehouse in Bois-des-Filion, Quebec. Standard shipping lead time in Canada varies depending on your location. Orders can be submitted to our Sales Representatives when visiting your store or by phone with our Inside Sales Representatives.
RETURN POLICY
Unused products:
All sales are final. On returned items, 10% restocking fee is applicable for new and unopened merchandise that is returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact Customer Service for a return authorization.
Defective products:
All products are 100% guaranteed against any manufacturing defects. A1 Imports accepts exchanges of defective products that are returned at the store they were purchased within 30 days of purchase. Retailers must provide a receipt of the original invoice. Retailers have up to 90 days from consumers’ purchase date to claim A1 Imports. Please contact Customer Service for a return authorization.
